Return Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, all sales are final and refunds are only
available for lost or damaged products. Lost and damaged products will be investigated on a case by case basis.

Items purchased and customer information cannot be changed starting immediately after the order is submitted.

If it occurs that a shipment is incorrect or missing items, please email us at customerservice@stellasgold.com so that we can
quickly resolve the issue.
